I've been going here for about a year and Helen is my massage therapist. She's awesome! I always leave feeling so relaxed. I have neck issues and massage therapy is the only thing that seems to help.
The front desk staff was very friendly & my therapist Erin was amazing!

Front desk continues to fail with customer service. When I asked to speak to manager, I ended the call asking if there was anything else I could do for her. Clearly I was bothering her, at the end of her day. I guess asking the night before when I left to have a Manger call me first thing really wasn't a concern. Then when I have to call them, and explain everything I get an attitude. The therapists are fantastic, but having to deal with this support staff explains why they have such a huge turn over. It's the best place on earth. Extremely professional. Also a great value for your dollar.
Jimmy is the best massage therapist! I have a very stressful life, which leads me to get very achy, sore and tight muscles. Jimmy gives me a deep tissue massage once a month and I always feel revitalized and re-adjusted after every session. The front desk staff are very friendly as well. I've been a member for years and will continue to be one for a long period of time.
My experience at Massage Envy in Frankfort, IIL has been amazing and transforming. I originally went for the usual aches and pains but now I'm healing one muscle at a time. Try it you will love it too!
