Shelly at 400 south is amazing. Her understanding of how the body is structured and works is excellent. She is very supportive and understanding of my strength and flexibility goals. And, she is fun! Ahhhh! So great. Highly recommend entrusting your muscles to her. 4th south massage envy. Enjoy. You’ll feel much better.

I love Rachel ! She is an excellent Massage Therapist. She somehow manages to massage my entire body while focusing on the areas that are concerning me the most. I enjoy our chats and I also appreciate that sometimes we just listen to the music. The time spent with Rachel is relaxing, fun, educational and helps me unwind my tight body. While Rachel is great - oh please, don't make so many appts with her that its hard to get booked with her ! She is a gem. (actually, I hope that you can get an appointment with her !)
Rachel is in my Hall of Fame for massage therapists. She patiently worked with me to find a position that allowed her to work on an extremely painful area of my T-band and hip. She is a true healthcare professional.
I’ve seen Trevor for a while now and he is consistently great at what he does. You should see him, just as long as you don’t book out his schedule and I can’t get in. If that happens, I will hunt you down, you have been warned!
