Normally when I go to a new location it'll take me a couple tries to find a good fit for me, but I feel so lucky to have found Lin on my first massage here! I've only seen him twice so far but he's already helped me a lot. He's got a perfect deep pressure and I always leave feeling better than I came. All of the staff is extremely friendly. Can't wait to come back!
We came in from out of town for our first vacation without our kids and booked a “couples massage”. I clarified several times this was a couples massage and when they called to confirm I again reaffirmed that it was a couple massage. When we got there they took me back first to a room with a single table. I said - no this was suppose to be a couples massage to which the poor guy replied - I’m really sorry - we don’t do couples massages. My husband and I have been coming here since 2014 and have been happy until about 6 months ago. The massage is still great, but the receptionists and new management are incompetent and very rude. They make a mess of keeping/ canceling appointments and accept no responsibility for their mistakes. We are thinking of canceling our membership.
They never answer their phones and make it impossible to transfer credits. They actually screen their calls at this location and just don’t answer. This location needs new management.
Go see them! I saw Lin for deep tissue.
Had a great chemical peel with Candice. She was very nice and explained everything as she was doing it and made sure my skin was responding well. I will definitely be coming back (in 2 weeks) to see her! Everyone at the front desk was very helpful as well.
