Never Ever Ever book ANYTHING with Massage Envy in Florence on Houston. They put in my phone number wrong so I never got a reminder call, nor an email. But they sure charged me $110.00 no show fee and sent a cancellation email. Granted I should of remembered but Lord forbid if I act like half of mankind and live by automated reminders!
They have confirmed an appointment with me the day before and then canceled the next day within hours of my appointment to cancel. If I canceled within hours, I would be charged. Clearly their time is more valuable than their customers. I had a special couples massage planned today with my husband for our anniversary, and I discovered it was canceled TWENTY MINUTES before the time it was supposed to begin. I have a ME membership for several years.Fortunatly the Eastgate site is convenient, because I have the hardest time getting appointments in florence. Almost never have couple appointments available and the staff that answer the phone, often are short and unprofessional. I've even overheard an argument between staff while I was waiting for someone to setup a service transfer. I would be glad to change my membership to Eastgate, but they are unable to honor my current pricing and multiple available services. I've gone back to... read more
