I've been getting massages at the Flagstaff facility for about 4 years and I the only massage I had that was less than stellar was the very first one where I neglected to communicate my needs with the therapist. All the therapists I have had do bodywork on me are professional, friendly, and do an excellent job. I would highly recommend Tynika and Carl, but I've experienced and heard great things about the other therapists as well. Not sure where all these negative comments are coming from, but I've never had a billing issue ... read more
