I can NEVER EVER EVER get into make an appointment. Everything is booked up for weeks in advance and I have unused massages piling up. Super frustrating!

I've gone to Massage Envy in Fitchburg for years. Nothing remotely inappropriate has ever happened during a massage (although I typically see a female therapist because the guys tend to use too much pressure). I've been very satisfied and have a great therapist there.
A very nice place and excellent service!! A+++
Got a gift card from there and now I'm definitely addicted!
There are a couple therapists that I like but it's hard to schedule them because they're popular. The other ones are unreliable, cancelling appointments. Recently I have had hard time getting through to anyone when I call. I also haven't had my emails replied to. It use to be better.
