Customer service is terrible. They called me to confirm my original appointment and less than an hour later I have a message saying they cancelled my appointment and I could reschedule for that day. I call them back and they tell me they don’t have an opening for over a month out. Over a month later I get a random charge from them. I’ve been coming here since February and I’ve loved it more each time! I see Cindy for massage & Robby for facials. They are both extremely professional and fun to be around. Not to mention their services are incredible!! Go see them �
Bri did my massage today and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. Great consultation and follow through with an outstanding massage. After my massage Robbie came in and did my hydration facial. He also did a great consultation and follow through with services. I am very please. These two did an amazing job and I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!
This place discriminates against people with cancer. Someone very close to me was denied service here because she disclosed that she is going thru chemotherapy. Even worse, this person has over $500 in gift cards here and they will not refund the money. The manager actually told this person that they would service them if they came back with a doctor's note. What a joke. Had to give it a star rating so I could post this but they don't even deserve that. 😠🖕
Stretch with a pro is amazing Tyler does awesome job at what he does I love who the last times I went there he got me in at the times I walked in and he explains everything he’s going to do and how to do some of the stretches at home. The stretch last me about 1 a month and half I love how I don’t have pain for that long. The first time he did the stretches on me I could stand straight up for the first time in years
Bought my wife a gift card to this place. They showed me their services, I picked one for her, and when I went to pay they asked if I wanted to add gratuity to it as well. Guess what. When the massage was done, she not only had no gratuity but they claimed she owed them more than what the gift card was for. It's a total sham. Stay away.
