Be Ready To be pulled in a room And Given A Hard-Sales pitch for a monthly membership! They don't take "no"for an answer. I was supposed to have a Birthday gift massage. I did have Great massage and facial, but only after the hard sell! Felt like I was at a used car lot!! Oooooh the pressure!! When it was tip time, she asked me to consider giving more $ My sister meant well.....

DON’T GET A MASSAGE ENVY MEMBERSHIP!!! It is very hard to cancel NO REIMBURSMENT for unused massages and they won’t give you the time of day once they find out you are trying to cancel. Difficult to get appointments, mix up between stores policy and corp policy on and on really a bummer!
