Booked an appointment online. Reviews stated that there would be an issue. I decided to give it a try. Showed up for my scheduled appointment and was told that I had none. The rep stated that there are always issues with there online systems. Why even give the option to book online if you keep running into the same issues. I was not seen. Wasted my time.
There’s always time for a massage. Everyone is very professional.

I enjoy going to Massage Envy Elmwood once a month for many reasons: convenient location, friendly staff, and most of all my phenomenal therapist Ms. Devotia! I highly recommend you check it out. Great experience for the past 3-4 months.
My husband bought a $125 Mother's Day giftcard with a promise of a free 1-hour facial. Made my facial appointment for the 21st of May. Did the appointment in person after I had a massage using my giftcard. Now they said, the appointment is not available, and the facial lady is leaving so I will have to wait until they find a new one to take her place. I also signed up for membership thinking they are legit a good company. I am having 2nd thoughts. Not going to renew it for sure.
