There attentive to your needs and it's a good environment. And the ladies are very nice.
My first time there and my therapist, Clarence was simply amazing! The staff was totally receptive and explained every detail starting with my arrival all the way to my consult after the massage. This made my first time to Massage Envy one to remember!
So these “smart individuals” make appointments then dont honor them! Made my wife and daughter go, all excited for a special time of relaxation mind you, just for them to get there and say they were bumped to accommodate “members!” incompetent staff!!! 😡🤬
My appointments have been “bumped” to accommodate members because I didn’t confirm and didn’t leave a payment method; well if I would’ve been asked for payment method to begin with; I would have gladly left my cc information!! You all need to re-train your incompetent staff!! This is the second time it happens—what does that tell you?!
I loved my massage with yoly, she was amazing, got a membership that day, it is not a 5 star because they do count 5 min before and 5 after in ur time to dress and undress, that doesn't seem right when you are paying for an hour!
