Sadly disappointed...Had a membership for my boyfriend and myself and finally cancelled. Appointments are highly unreliable, book weeks in advance, schedule my day around the appointment only to have it cancelled for one reason or another hours (or less) before the scheduled time. Total bummer because I was happy to pay for the service but on my schedule not theirs.

I loved my massaged, it was great, David was nice and he worked on my right shoulder really good! Hadn't had a good satisfaction in months since I moved back from Vegas. So I'm happy I finally found a massage envy place and super close to home.
This location is closed due to renovations. They didn't call their members to reschedule the appointments or let them know they were closed. Showed up at the location today for my massage with a hand written note on the door saying they are Temporarily Closed for Renovations.
Why schedule an appointment send out a confirmation email and then not be open?!? What terrible service. Maybe next time call your members before you shut down for renovations.
