Typically, my experience there is awesome, but Sunday, 7/17/16, it was awful! I've never been ready for a massage to be over! I was informed after being asked about my massage that the therapist had a busy day! Perhaps he was burned out by the time he got to me! I've had more good experiences than bad, so I see myself returning again! Please bring Travis back!!!!!!!
This is second time in 3 months that an appointment had to be canceled or changed because you don't know your therapist's schedule! Come on people...GET IT TOGETHER!
Today I experienced my first massage and it was nothing less than perfect! Everyone was so kind and my masseuse was amazing. It was everything I expected. Thank you Mandy & Massage Envy for my first time experience!
