bed was way to hard. uncomfortable , massage was not strong enough.

Massage envy is the best and my masseuse Michelle is fantastic. since I started going to Massage envy and having Michelle give me a massage every month my back has been so much better I used to suffer from a lot a lot of back pain and she has made it so much more manageable I appreciate Massage envy and I recommend it for everybody. 💯👍😊

The service was good, up till i cancelled, however they are still charging my card. I had cancelled at least 4 months ago, and everytime i call, they say some bs. I just want my money back.
I was charged 3 times this past billing session. I was refunded for one, but have been getting excuses and not being contacted back about the second one for 3 weeks now. They should own up for their mistakes and refund me already. I’ve shown them my account and everything where it was drafted out.
I had Sheila, she was medium hard and she got the work done she was great! All the staff was amazing. My boyfriend got misty and she was also medium hard and was wonderful
