First time to have a massage in many years. Very friendly atmosphere. They spent time talking with me about what I wanted to get from the experience; target areas on my body that needed work. The massage was great and gave me the extra lotion in a little bottle from one of the treatments I had. They also made sure I drank water before I left.
Jenn did my first facial today which I might add was amazing! She recommended some after skin care products fit for my skin . She was very knowledgeable when I asked about the chemical peel, she answered all questions. Hannah helped check me in and out as well as helping me sign up for a membership only after I asked , I didn’t feel pushed to purchase items or get a membership but I did sign up after the amazing customer service and facial I received today.
I don't know what all the negative reviews are about, I had a great experience! Yes they mentioned the membership, but I told them I wanted to think about it and their response was, "absolutely", end of discussion.
