Too much to say about this horrible experience. Very disrespectful people working and lying to me. I will never use this place again. For anyone thinking of prepaying for a service. My advice would be absolutely don’t bc I was screwed out of the $ I paid for service. Drove 3 hours to enjoy this with my daughter and they canceled my appt. Very rude on the phone and I won’t ever go again and I will tell everyone not to go there. Don’t waste your time or $.

Wow. Just wow! Left in more pain and bruised from my massage. I was freezing and the “therapist” kept wiping her nose. Despite the constant germx I could not relax at all. The office and software were no where near seamless. Do yourself a favor and pay more some place else to get a real massage.

After speaking to a receptionist they informed me they will be charging me for this missed appointment. I am on my feet all day and Bernard could tell. He worked me hard and got all my knots out! He is very knowledgeable and explained everything! I definitely recommend him! He's my go-to massage therapist!
