Was a ME client at the falls for years. Just transferred to Cutler Bay. It's closer to my house and just got one of the best massages that I have ever gotten by Roque. Thank you so much

Arrived early and checked in, only to be told after 15 minutes that my masseuse had a problem since yesterday and was unavailable. There was no one available to replace her but they wouldn’t charge me. I told her that I had rushed here from downtown and wasted my time. If I had cancelled last minute I would be charged. it was a phenomenal place to go I am completely relaxed and the workers and employees there are so sweet and kind-hearted they really go out of their way to satisfy you especially Hazel she really went on Beyond and Beyond I'm so grateful to have her there
I always have a great experience when I go there. Front desk staff so polite and accommodating. The massage therapists I had Roque and Corey awesome!
From the moment you walk in this location and to the table my experience in the last few months( I became a member) has been amazing. Melissa goes above and beyond to help. She is very professional. Alexis (massage therapist) is a charm totally amazing. Very clean and live their quiet room.
The staff at ME Cutler Bay is very helpful, professional & courteous. Brianna, Isa & Crystal went out of their way to accommodate to my schedule. Great customer service. Would highly recommend it.
Corey is the best massage therapist that I have ever had, he's my go to guy for relaxation.
Had a great experience during my first visit to this location. My masseuse Pilar was exceptional. Highly recommended. Will definitely go back.
