I’m from FL and travel the country. Have been a ME member for 3+ years and have gone to them all over the country. My daughter and I got a couples massage that was supposed to be FULL BODY. My guy never touch my legs or feet, my daughters refused to work her gluteus muscles saying they were prohibited. We BOTH agreed the worst massages EVER. I love the entire Massage Envy franchise (have visited multiple locations throughout CT and NY), but this one is definitely special! Inside is a clean, quiet, and calm environment. Super soft sheets and blankets, variety of lotions/oils. Great attention from the owner and a broad range of staff specialities. Highly recommended!!

My therapist was good, she asked how the pressure was, etc. However I didn't feel relaxed. The lights were too bright, she only turned them down when I flipped onto my back, there were doors slamming in the hallway and someone yelling. Also, I was only given 45 minutes of hands on time for a 60 minute massage. I brought it to the front desk's attention and asked how that was possible. I understand this is a franchise and it might not be this particular location's fault nor does it reflect the therapists' work but I tried scheduling an appointment online and was told I'd receive a call confirming my appointment and never did. I did however call in to reserve a time and when I arrived the day of the receptionist told me my appointment was for the following weekend. I work as a receptionist in the service industry.
