Vivien Bello is the best
I worked here for a brief moment while I was attending classes to do something else it was a very bad experience. Management and owners treated employees badly and did not follow up with pay increases or bonuses etc... They ignore clients complaining and hide in the office while staff gets the brunt of dissatisfaction from clients. On a scale of 1-10 as an employee I rate -0. I absolutely love Massage Envy at Craig Ranch. I have Fibromyalgia, Lupus, arthritis—- just to name a few. ELAINE is fabulous. I tried the stretching today in addition to an hour massage. It was awesome. I have been going for a few years and I can’t imagine not going. Please check them out; you will be blessed.
The staff is always so friendly, and I have gotten the absolute best deep tissue massages from Megan and Daniel. My only complaint is that I don’t get to come often enough!
Signed a contract with Massage Envy @ HWY121 & Custer for 6 month membership. To be billed on CC each month @ $65 a month. ($65 = $45 for massage & $20 membership fee)Have now been billed 8 months and was told we were supposed to cancel or they would keep billing each month, forever. They're response has been "You signed a contract. No Refunds". We are now finding out that the salesperson is no longer employed there and the contract was for 12 months! I've been multiple times and have been seen by Heather. She is amazing!! It feels like she has 10 hands and there is no knot she can not find. As long is she is at this location they will have my business! Front staff is friendly and prompt.
