I've been going for monthly massages for the past year. The front desk always greets you with a smile and are very helpful. I can say that Latasha is by far the BEST massage therapist I've ever had!! I recommend her to anyone!!!!
Gave the young lady a gift card that she kept and paid the balance with a credit card. When I checked my account they put the full amount on my credit card! Yes, I should've been paying closer attention checking out, but when I finally spoke to the manager, Ashley she sounded as if she could not be bothered. Said she would speak to the owners and call me back.....never did. I will never spend money with massage envy again!
