I booked my husband a massage for his birthday on April 7th online. I purchased a gift card at the store, which he gave the girl at the counter after his massage. She told him it was all taken care of, have a great day and did NOT give him a receipt. A few days later there is a $60 charge on my credit card that is required to book the appointment online! It was my first time I really enjoyed it I will be returning.
The young lady who helped me today was awesome! I was intent on never visiting another Massage Envy because of the awful staff at the Citiplace location, but this location will always have my business. I will literally continue to go out of my way to visit this location. I suggest you guys do the same.
