Subpar Customer Service – This Massage Envy location has subpar customer service at the front desk. The front desk attendants were unusually rude. Looking forward to a stress-free, relaxing time, I was not expecting that type of service. I have visitied this location over 5 different times. At first, I thought it might have been a fluke. I loved it! – I went there a month ago because my back pain was absolutely unbearable so I figured I'd call and set up the appointment. The receptionist by the name of Kirsten, I think, helped me ALOT! It was really easy to make the appointment, I just told her about my problems and she matched me with a therapist - she didnt just pick someone out which was helpful. Can we say PAULA???? – My husband bought me a gift card to Massage Envy. I told my friend about the gift card and she was very persistent in me making an appointment with a lady by the name of Paula. That was the best advice anyone could have ever given me. After my first massage, I joined their membership. Now I can't stop going. It's very relaxing. Great deep tissue massages! – The service at Copperfield is really great. The people working at the front desk are always very friendly and eager to help. The therapists know a lot of different techniques, and I have received deep tissue massages from Brian and Josh. The therapists were both very skilled and the clinic had a spa-like atmosphere that really set the tone for my massage. The Massage Envy in Copperfield offers a great value for a luxury experience and I have already made plans to come back again.
My favorite place to go for relaxation! – One of my friends started working at a Massage Envy a few months ago and so I decided to go to the Copperfield location, not really looking into it because a massage seemed like a yearly thing I would do.
