This the worst massage experience I've ever encountered. Paid for 90 min deep tissue massage. Therapist was "weird" and made random odd comments. Never actually performed a massage but instead gave me a rub and never touched my back and neck where I requested. Focused on my feet which I said I didn't like touched and my head. Bizarre. I have been to this location 3 times and have always had great service.
I recently had a hot stone massage from Rachel C. She did a great job and it was the most relaxing massage I've had for a long time.
Heather is the best therapist I've ever had. She does an amazing job of getting rid of my chronic lower back pain. Her massages are the only thing that makes the pain go away.

The girl that was at the front desk when I came in for my last appointment was very sweet. I love my massage therapist Kesha, she is always very professional and soothing.
MIGUEL IS AWFUL!!!!!! Stay far far away from him! I am a massage therapist licensed in 4 states. I have been coming to ME for 3 years and have NEVER had a problem with being very specific about what I need. I am aware that you get what you pay for, so I have never expected a lot from ME. I couldn't walk without severe pain and wore wrist braces for most of the day. After many sessions with my massage therapist at Massage Envy, the pain has almost diminished and now I only wear my wrist braces when I'm doing yard work.
Edward was excellent, he applied the correct amount of pressure and he listened to what I need not just the mechanics of being a massage therapist.
