Been a member at this location for years and I'm ready to cancel. Made appointment for this morning. Was for 9am but before off the phone they asked to move it to 9:30am. OK. I'm there and no therapist. They finally reach her and she won't show until at least 10:15 or 10:30am. HER CAR NEEDED WASHING. No show Nicki needs to be fired.
Please don't let this facility take advantage of another person. Had the worst experience with this franchise. Had a membership and they were taking out monthly membership fees. When cancelled memberships they did not allow me to use the remaining 5 I had nor the transfer bc was not used within 60 days of cancellation but that part they failed to mention. Ended up losing over $300 on this investment. Terribly disappointed �
They tell you your unused massages last forever but they don't. If you book an appointment they won't tell you your unused massage has expired when you book it, then when you show up, they want to charge you 95 dollars. When you say no, they charge you a cancelation, even though the appointment was made an hour prior. Completely unethical business practice, no desire of the staff to do the right thing. Do not spend a penny here, awful.
I have been a member fir over ten years. Never disappointed.
I have been going to the Coppell location for many years, and absolutely love it! I couldn't be my active self without it!
Katy is great I will have her massage me again. She's very professional and a great massage therapist.
