I used the app to book and appointment for the weekend. It decided to book for the same day. When I called to cancel, I was told I would be charged half the cost to cancel. What at ripoff operation! Don’t go there. I had heard stories but tried them anyway. Lesson learned. All they care about is getting money out of you.

So disappointed! Booked a massage and facial for this morning. After a very stressful week I was so excited. Got there early and was left standing, after checking me in, waiting.... I start asking what’s going on, as I had taken the morning off work, more waiting then they tell me they just called the therapist and she’s not coming in! Tried asking me to come back later but couldn’t as got to go back to work and have a 45 minute drive home. The real issue, they couldn’t have cared less! Awful customer service, just awful!!!

I running a few minutes late; however, I was promptly checked in upon my arrival p. My therapist was ready for me. Veronica (my therapist) listened to my concerns and focused on the problems areas I mentioned. As always, it was a great experience!
