the massage was so amazing
Not a pleasant experience. Went for a girls day with 2 of my friends. We get there and the manager asks if one of us called and pushed back our appointment time--which we did not. She tells us that she called me twice this morning and i received no calls or messages from her. So we were just going to leave and try again for another day. She then proceeds to tell us that if we do that she will have to charge us for all our missed appointments even though it was their scheduling error. Massage was ended about 15 minutes early.. customer service was below average and asked for a deep tissue/ release massage.. was very poor.

I absolutely love this place! There was great customer service, the staff was friendly, the entire place was clean and comfy! I tried the hydroluxe face cream and absolutely loved it. Also, Rebecca was a great very relaxing massage. Definitely fell asleep. Great time here.
Enjoyed the couples massage yesterday for our anniversary gift to each other. But nothing ruins a nice relaxed zen feeling than to end my massage with "wake up ...," and being asaulted with suggestions from the masseuse on how beneficial a membership would be. I want to relax and enjoy that ahhhh feeling, not try to be sold something. It didn't stop there, we had to endure it again when checking out.
