Heather is an amazing therapist. She listens and can change up techniques and pressure on a dime. Atmosphere is very calming and professional. Space is always clean and tranquil. The staff are all attentive and knowledgeable.
My husband and I have been members for about 2 years. The quality of the massage is hit or miss. Mainly we keep the membership because we enjoy the time together, getting couples massages. We have been cancelled last minute more than once due to their scheduling mistakes. They are apologetic but it just keeps happening. I wouldn’t waste my time or money here. We are cancelling our memberships. If you want a great relaxing experience, try Tao Feet Spa in Virginia Beach. What a hidden gem!
We have been going here for years. The people have always been great, but we have had to cancel or reschedule many "couple massage" sessions because of personnel or scheduling conflicts, or ended up in separate rooms. That being said, I have never had a bad massage from any of their professionals and always leave relaxed and refreshed.
Wonderful couple’s massage. We both enjoyed the therapist and the ambience. Will return!!
