Best massage EVER! They've got a great staff there and lots of different pressures to chose from for your relaxation. After reading the other reviews I sat back to watch (before my massage) to see how things run. The managers seem to have an attitude that they want the customer happy - makes sense. That's how they stay open. There's two sides to every story, right?
Called and booked a massage. Received a voicemail only a couple hours later that the massage therapist Tony was now going to leave early for the day and they canceled my appointment. When I called back, front desk staff was unhelpful. Don't waste your time even calling.

Bought a massage for my gf. Inquired before purchasing of wanting two technicians to work on her at once. All three of the employees assured me that would be no problem. Now that she tried scheduling, they told her they wouldn't be able to accommodate having two technicians. They didn't offer a refund.. offered 10 bucks off a facial. A 10 dollar discount off of something extra to buy...are you kidding me???
