This is the WORST place ever! I have been a "member" for over 5 years and these people are great at charging your credit card and FAIL completely to give you service for your money. I have 34 credits totaling over $2500 paid to these crooks and they refuse to let me donate the massages I paid for to deserving teachers for teacher appreciation week. Everyone should boycott this location. DO NOT GO TO Massage Envy they are crooks!!!!!!!
I absolutely love this place! I always leave there super relaxed barley able to drive...good thing I live close by Very friendly and professional therapists with magical hands. Plus this place gives off a relaxing, welcoming, clean vibe from the moment you walk in and the front desk staff are always smiling, quick, and friendly. And there Murad products are great and I really enjoy using them and see results! I didn't know about them until I started coming here.
Unfortunately I've only been here a few times but the times I have been there I've had a great experience I really like the staff they're all very friendly was treated rationally and kind. The only complaint is that the parking lot is too busy!
