I have been a member for 10 years or more, and I absolutely love the therapists. The front desk when dealing with appointment issues is a different story though. I saw Kate at this location recently and would give her an 11/10! She provided a truly excellent massage - I mentioned my ankle being a little stiff and sore during the pre-massage consultation and once I was on the table she spent more time on my legs and specifically stretched out my ankles to relieve my pain.
Receptionist got very irritated when I asked to many questions. I was abruptly told their location is franchised and they make there own rules and she hung up on me... First contact is very important, the receptionist attitude probably cost the Masseuse clients daily!!!
