RecommendedThe front desk staff are sweet as can be. The best massage I have ever gotten was from Emily. I have received many massages over the years and I honestly have say her massage was the most relaxed I have ever had. When I have another massage, I will only go to Emily from now on. Thanks again Emily!

Don’t anyone ever go to Massage Envy! I have been there twice now and while the services are ok their “membership”, their hidden fees/prices and their checkout process is horrible!! Both times I’ve been it took over 30 minutes to check out with someone confusing me as to why it’s not the advertised price but much more! This time I left in tears!! 😢 You go somewhere in hopes of a relaxing experience and get this!! I didn’t have a good experience with Massage Envy in Raleigh and Burlington sucks too! Stay away!!!!!

I've never had a bad experience with massages or facials or the front desk staff. My only complaint is that when I find a therapist I love, they leave and go somewhere else:(
Staff was friendly and welcoming I haven't had a massage in a fee years so the fact that its located in Burlington which is great I signed up for a membership will be back in two weeks
