They have been nothing but unprofessional and rude. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership since March because I am no longer comfortable due to Covid receiving the service. This location owes me $500+ for FRADULENT charges. I will NEVER step foot in this Massage Envy ever again! I have been a member for almost 4 years and it means nothing to the manager Robyn who refused to help me, made rude comments and was less than professional. The owner, Elise Pashigian, could care less that her store manager, Robyn, has the worst customer service skills I've ever encountered. It's unfortunate when you have a great massage but get borderline bullied into signing up for a membership. I felt like I was buying a used car.
First time visiting Massage envy. customer service is great and the massage had me feeling like a new woman !!
All the therapists here are so very talented. They each have their own special techniques and provide a wonderful service. I have had a massage from at least 10 different therapists and they were great.
