This place is nothing but a money scam. Management and staff apparently do not communicate. For example ... I had to leave work on short notice for a very extreme family emergency, and yes a death was involved. So when I called to cancel my appointment I was very nicely told how sorry they were and that they “understand” uncontrolled situations. I bought a gift card for a friend of mine. She calls to make an appointment. She can’t make an appointment without giving a credit card number. So here we are. I wasted my money because I cannot get a refund. She received a gift she cannot use. So ME just got my money. What kind of junk is that???
They scam people into memberships and are drastically overpriced! Go support a local massage place and spend less money for better quality.

Had a membership for 6 years through this location and now I've been charged 3 times in one month (9 day span). Terminating today, not even concerned about losing the banked sessions. You take 180 from me when you're only supposed to take 60. #hardpass #nomas #donewithit #alwaysColumbus
