The kudos first. My massage therapist, Paul, was fantastic! Nothing but praises to him. My issues. I should have sensed that this was a not good location when I tried to schedule as they would not accept an older certificate from me that my husband purchase although there was not expiration on the certificate. Loud, rooms cold, appointments messed up often ( I did a one year membership) and I would not get a membership again.
