I love my therapist Tina! She is a Rockstar! Everyone at Message Envy Spa are sweet, professional, and make you feel right at home. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
My first 2 visits were great. Unfortunately my therapist left so I am. Trying a new one tonight. Hopefully she is as good as the last one!
I am very dissatisfied with their scheduling and process in general and will seek care somewhere else... The last three times I have gone in there has been some issue with scheduling... and this last one was the final straw... I went in for my seven o'clock appt. and was told they didn't have a phone number to call and tell me that they needed to reschedule ... I don't have a new number from the three month membership I had from March to June... and then they expected me to wait or come back an hour and half later.... There ... read more
They need to get their online scheduling program and personnel trained. Didn't get the confirming phone call online, had to reschedule, they then told me the wrong time so wanted to reschedule again. I'll go back to my regular place even though it's in Federal Way. These people have no idea what they are doing.
