Impossible to get an appointment

Like the Meridian location, this place is an epic fail. I've been a Massage Envy member for nearly 10 years, and I've never had a single issue. At Meridian, which is closer to me, it's impossible to get an appointment. This place accommodated me at 8am this morning. Not my choice time, but I have to take what I can get since I have 19 1/2 hours accumulated and Meridian is impossible. This is almost a one hour drive round trip for me, keep in mind. the have NO customer service skills, especially the manager! very rude when a friend asked for help with a pre paid account issue. was told "dont have time to babysit people's accounts".
Tired of being ignored by Jason with member services. Shady business practices.
It was just a great experience. I got a pretty great deal on a 90min massage since it was my first time there, they gave me 50$ off. The staff was very professional and my massage therapist made me feel at ease. I definitely got the relaxation I much needed!
Awesome therapists who care about you, take care of you, counsel you and are concerned for your over all well being! Friendly, courteous and an integral part of my health plan. Love Massage Envy. Receptionists are so kind and work around your schedule too!
After being a member for 5 years in a different location I am cancelling my membership. Upon transferring my membership to this location (after three months of them not being able to figure it how) rate was increased without informing me and when I called about it, they just said "sorry". No offer to refund or fix it in any way. Watch your credit card charges as apparently they can just increase the rate whenever they want without informing their customers!
