I went for a 90 minute introductory massage and understand that there is five minutes On each end to get undressed/dressed. However the massage starred ten minutes in and ended seven minutes before end time, resulted in 17 minutes of wasted time in a “90 minute massage”. Next time I will ask therapist up front want time the expected end time should be. The lighting was very bright and the therapist was not able to dim or provide a face mask.
This was my first time trying out this location. Angel is amazing!!! I can't wait to book with her again. I have been a member since 2011, and I've never had a massage that good! The front desk staff was super friendly and everything was up to par, as usual at Massage Envy!
I so neede this visit and Robert was amazing!! I will request him again!!
