Jarrell is the best masseuse I have ever had at massage envy or at any super expensive spa. They can usually get me in same day also.
Every time we book a couples massage they call 2 hours before and want to reschedule for a different day. We use to have memberships but they canceled so much it wasn’t worth it. I would not recommend a membership unless time is no option. Also I never seen the same person twice there even though we always went on a Sunday.
