I have been a member since 2008 and I have always had incredible experiences withthe staff (especially when I travel). The bethel location was different. They really went beyond to make me and my guest feel super welcome, comfortable and relaxed. The front desk staff were great over the phone and even better in person. My guest had nothing but great things to say about Aaron the esthetician. And Deb was great with proving a great massage. Jeffrey was a great therapist. Neck felt so much better. It did feel like something was scratching me, but aside from that, very awesome experience and the front desk were helpful and smiling.
