I have been in terrible pain for several months due to degenerative and bulging disc issues. I started seeing Jessica Grace for massages a couple of months ago, and she has GREATLY helped my discomfort. She is a wonderful therapist and has done an amazing job helping me relieve pain. She listens to my concerns and focuses on where I need relief. I greatly appreciate how professional she is and how thorough she has been in helping me manage discomfort. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her services!!!
I’ve been a member of Massage Envy since 2009, but the Spanish River Boca Raton location has gone downhill under new management. On Jan 31, 2026, I was denied restroom access during a medical issue unless I showed my driver’s license and was told in front of others that police would be called if I didn’t comply. Absolutely unacceptable experience with Massage Envy (4375 Southside Blvd #10, Jacksonville, FL 32216). I canceled twice within the allowed timeframe and I’m STILL being charged. Their contract feels like a complete scam designed to keep billing you no matter what. Customer service has been useless—no accountability, no resolution, just continued charges. I have been a member of Massage Envy for 1.5 years. For about 10 days I have been trying to book a facial or a dermaplane with Massage Envy in Bellevue on Hwy. 100. There are few if any appointments available. I even agree to go to the Belle Meade location but still cannot get an appointment.The excuse is there is training going on or so and so does not work then or is booked up. This is a luxury and should not be stressful. I am being charged every month on my credit card! I am unhappy about the whole thing.
Stay away from this place. If you want to be treated well DO NOT deal with the staff from this franchise location. There are several other locations where you can be better treated overall. Administration is the worst, I don't know what that manager is doing there, because she makes the lives of customers miserable.
Deserves "0". I had a really disappointing experience at Massage Envy West Boca (Palmetto). The therapists I worked with were good, but the front desk and management made the overall experience horrible. I'm very thrilled to be at Genesis Gym getting massages every month. Same superb therapist every single month. No membership needed, no cancellations, no having to explain what I need, simple, professional, expert and oh so relaxing as it should be. I would give this Massage Envy zero stars if I could.
