I am very disappointed with the front desk customer service of Massage Envy at Bandera Oaks. As a long standing, loyal customer of 10 years, I expect better service. I was treated horribly on the phone by Assistant Manager, Maegan Ward Reyes. I would like to get in contact with the owner(s) of this establishment to share my concerns and frustration.
