I take a 1 star review seriously, but after having given them a year and a half and a dozen opportunities to make a wrong situation right I am convinced they should not be in business at all. A friend bought me a gift card almost 2 years ago, and for the last year and a half I have been trying to determine why they have no record of the $75 that was purchased and put on the gift card. I have been a member since day one and the Massage Envy in Ballard is nothing but amazing. The therapist make me feel comfortable & provide excellent service. The front desk is always welcoming & accommodating. I would highly recommend this clinic!!
