Clear Communication and time is important to customers too
I've been a member for past 6 years and I'm only giving 2 stars because my therapist does a good job. I just hate calling and coming to Ballantyne location because their front office service sucks. I enjoy the kind greets and pleasant tones of other offices, Ballantyne doesn't have that.
I luv this place Josh and Danielle are so friendly!! My therapist provides a relaxing and stress free environment! I am very happy!! Those of you who are not having a good experience never met Josh and Danielle!
However customer is horrible! They have 0 with their service. The only thing that brings me back to this location is my therapist Nicole. She is wonderful. When checking in/out I make it quick and make sure I don't have to communicate. I was told one price last week. Get their to check out and it was a whole not her price. I asked what happen to the price quoted? I told them how far in advance do I have cancelled my membership. 10 days, yesssss Feb 2017. And it's a shame to have to cancel where you love to be and be relaxed.... read more

Horrible, horrible company who will not cancel my contract even after repeated requests. It is in your best interest to NOT sign anything with this company.
On my monthly visits to the Ballantyne location I get an awesome massage from Alla!
