Employees here discriminate against people living with HIV, displaying inaccurate knowledge of disease transmission, allowing serophobia to determine who they service. I will not get a massage from Massage Envy if they cannot publicly address this issue.
In 2019, clients who are living with the chronic illness of HIV are turned away and refused service. HIV is NOT transmitted by touching skin. I hope your business is closed down because ignorance and hate have no place in this world.

I love the staff, everyone is professional and pleasant. The front desk does everything it can to get the appointment you desire. HOWEVER I cannot give it 5 stars because the owner Gene refuses to buy paper cups instead of styrofoam! We need to protect our earth and Massage Envy uses hundred of cups per day. I have been asking to make this change for years. What is the big deal?
