Poor management and communication. No showed for an appointment, 2 cancels the day before. Terrible response when communicated with management. Highly recommend the Columbus location as an alternative.
My daughter wanted a SPA day for her birthday. The staff at Auburn Message Envy. We're so helpful and made sure she felt special today for her birthday. Thank you guys so much for helping us make her day fabulous.
I have always had great deep tissue massages at Massage Envy in Auburn/Opelika. My rooms are clean and the therapists are professional while being friendly.
So I made a mistake, made the reservation in the wrong city, and when I got a phone call saying I wasn’t at the location I said I apologize I’m at the one I thought was the location. Still charged me 80$. Take tinas you will as “policy” but if the policy means you screw your customers over for a quick buck when they make a mistake . Steer far and clear away. This is corporate greed
