My mom has been caring for her mother nonstop over the past few months as she nears the end of her life. I booked her a massage to give her a break and some much needed relaxation. After the amazing massage, her therapist came back and told her that there would be no charge… this one was “on the house.” They recognized the stress of caring for another and knew that she just needed a break. What a special group. Thank you all so much, and especially LaVerne!
Poor management and communication. No showed for an appointment, 2 cancels the day before. Terrible response when communicated with management. Highly recommend the Columbus location as an alternative.
