The Massage Envy closing due to the virus is a breach of contract. We, as members, are entitled to refund of services not rendered. I requested and was told my membership was canceled three month ago. At this time I am still being charged and no compensation has been offered.

I stumbled upon this location on vacation after my reservation with another company was canceled. It was a blessing in disguise. I appreciate the measures put in place to ensure my safety, frequent sanitation, curbside check-in, masked service, and more. Do not EVER get a membership with Massage Envy!! It has been impossible to cancel my membership, which I have fulfilled my contracted year. Each time I am told I need to freeze my account (which is supposed to be 6 months) and then It is unfrozen at random dates and times, withdrawing money from my account without ANY notice. It is impossibly to get a hold of someone to get it corrected. When you call and speak with someone they say someone else has to handle it, you are given a phone number in which no one ever answers.
