I had the BEST massage. JoAnna was AMAZING! I felt so relaxed. She was the best. Definitely going back.

Massage envy offers great massages but don't pride themselves in righting their wrongs! Do not sign up for their membership. After a year you cancel but they don't do their part in this process. My account was drafted for over 300.00 after cancellation was sent in May and all they can say is sorry and it will be ready in 2 weeks. For it not to be ready and with no explanation except sorry!! This is not customer service!
The service I got was mediocre at best and after completion of my one time 3 month trial at this facility, they decided to charge me again for a additional 59.95. It happen on september 26th and today is november3rd,and I still do not have my refund. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford people taking what little money i have. I will NEVER use this service again
My baby girl has begged for awhile to get a massage. I finally caved in and she loved every minute of it.
I showed up for my appointment only to find out my massage therapist had called in sick , with no one else to take her place my appointment had to be cancelled. Did not recieve a call before hand .
I got my 1st prenatal massage from Amber (Hope that's her name) She did an amazing job. She explained everything and made me comfortable. My hour massage went by way to fast.
