Horrible business and very unprofessional. I got a gift card for a massage and facial package and on the way to my appt. they called and told me one of their girls called in so I wouldn’t be able to get a facial. Long story short I had to reschedule my facial. They charged me full price for my massage instead of giving me the massage and facial special and basically said I was lying about why I had to reschedule my facial. Drove from fort irwin, an hour and a half, after confirming on the phone my 2 appt times. Got there on time and was told the receptionist told me the wrong time and they wanted me to wait an hour. Not cool. I left. Wasted 3 hours traveling to and from, gas money, and babysitter money for their incompetence. Go somewhere else.
I always have a great experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. The new “stretch” session you can add on before a massage is great!!! I have Jared every single time and he’s amazing!!!! Haven’t had a facial there yet but it’s next on my list.
2 hour Reflexology massage was AMAZING! Denise is awesome! I suffer with Neuropathy from Chemo and Denise’s “magic touch” is the only thing that gives me relief!!!
Chelsea was my therapist for medium pressure, she did an awesome job 👍🏼
