I used to love it. But lies and no appointments ruined that. I started my membership in Crofton, asked to move to Annapolis I was assured 3 times that this would happen. I sent an email on Saturday about getting an appointment this week. Realized this morning I never got a message or call. I called to be informed that there are no appointments available Saturday or Sunday. I asked about canceling my membership as I can never get an appointment. Yesterday was mt last visit to Massage Envy. I have been a member for 5 years, getting a massage every month beginning with a session in San Diego, CA., with a therapist named Jessica. I then moved the membership to Annapolis MD and again I got a therapist named Jessica, who was with me for three years. The last two have been with Shay. I no longer need continued massages as I am no longer in the stressful workforce. I have enjoyed my relationship with Massage Envy and will get a massage now as needed.
This is the best Massage Envy around. Hands down. Best ever! I've been to a couple others and had awful service and awful therapists! Annapolis is the best!!!!
I surprised my husband for the first time to Massage Envy. We got the introductory price which was good. I was totally turned off by the look of most of the personnel. Nose & lip, peircings. We were greeted by a young lady with scarf on her head. One therapist had two toned hair. It was a turn off. Massage was good. Then they tried to encourage me to become a member. No thank you.
