RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Do NOT book an appointment here if you're wanting to deal with a rude staff like Stephanie. No courtesy reminder phone call to remind you of your appointment. No emails. No text message. Heck, I cant even get my membership linked to my email correctly because of their screw up setting up my membership. Really frustrating when trying to book an appointment and getting reminders. NEVER. EVER. AGAIN.

I have been a loyal customer of massage envy for years, never missed an appointment and I’m rarely ever late. The former branch manager Tonya was amazing! She would always greet me with a friendly smile and worked with me to ensure the best service was provided. Currently, I have been dealing with high levels of stress and scheduled a session for 1 hour.
