Very good experience! I slithered out after my massage and felt great for several days. My massage therapist, Johneta, is marvelous. She is sensitive to my needs and gives a fantastic massage. I found the facility to be very clean and calming. I purchased a one year membership, but I am certain that I will continue with them long after my membership term. Massage Envy, keep doing what you're doing!

What a disappointment. My wife had a massage scheduled on her birthday prior to her birthday party. When she arrived they told her that they messed up and double booked and that she couldn’t be seen until an hour later. She explained that her birthday party was in an hour and they told her the only thing they could do was give her free aromatherapy.
