Train front staff on better customer service. My husband and I are both members and have just moved to Tampa. We had our second booking canceled day of. Not to mention I was called at 8am on a Saturday morning on Valentines day weekend to be notified of this. Was just called again today to confirm my apt now with 2 different therapists than I originally booked. No apologies just attitude over the phone. Our prior location in PA was very accommodating and polite. So far we are not impressed.

The front desk receptionists are extremely rude. They are very short and seem like it’s a bother to answer the phone. They also hang up without saying goodbye or have a nice day. Very unprofessional.
Bad customer service from the office manager and front desk attendants. The massage therapists I’ve had were wonderful. But I’m ending my membership after years of having it.
Had great experience! Staff was very professional!

I've been a member for over 6 years. My monthly charge just went up $11, without ANY communication from the company. I called my home location and was given the excuse that emails and mail was sent. I received nothing. I was told this is a decision made by corporate. This is unacceptable. The main reason for being a "member" is locking in a member price.
