Overall, Massage Envy in South Naperville was fine. I joined as a member but didn’t use my sessions enough—my bad. However, trying to cancel was a marathon. Two weeks of calls and texts went unanswered, so I drove 40 minutes only to be told the manager had to be physically present. The staff was nice, but the process felt sticky and cumbersome. Patrice is exceptional! I’ve done the stretch sessions, rapid tension relief, and deep tissue massages here and they are all amazing. I have a lot of injuries from sports, especially with my shoulder, and Patrice does the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. Highly recommend!
Jian my massage therapist was THE best therapist I’ve ever had at this location! I purchased an RTR enhancement and it was absolutely wonderful and my upper back and shoulder blades feel brand new! Go see Jian! Self care is the the best care 🙏
Massaging is great so is facial but I don’t like how a women was forceful to sign up for membership! I tried to opt out but it doesn’t opt ! The staffs are great but I dont like membership option there in Massge Envy!
The massage itself was fine. They really need to get away from pretending they are experts of some sort advising you on what is needed. Just do the massage. Thanks. On a side note, I used to be a member few years back and was out of country returning recently. I wanted to check the services before committing, but I did not like how aggressive and pushy they were with selling the membership. I will not be returning. Thanks for the massage though.
